I have purchased and quite like JETech screen protectors, but for some reason I couldn't find tempered glass ones for S23U.

Very few make tempered glass for the ultra line cause of the curve. I used amFilm for s22 ultra and have been very pleased. Dropped it few times and there were hairline cracks on the screen protector but underneath no micro structures, in fact no scratches at all. I just replaced it couple days ago after the corner chipped when my kid dropped it. I'll try to share the picture of the damaged screen protector how it looked after using it for a year.

{Edit} added picture of the screen protector.. there were couple hairline cracks on the screen protector as I got young kids. Last week when it was dropped the bottom corner got sheltered. My wife thought the screen is shattered but when I removed it, it was all on the screen protector and mi phone screen has no marks. Just wanted to share what it looks like after 11 months use. Looks really bad now cause of last week.

I didn't ordered these. I ordered the one I have been using amFilm with UV light for my s23U

I haven't used TPU screen protectors for a very long time. Have they improved? Or do they still feel kinda sticky compared to glass screen protectors?

Still the same. They have gotten easier to apply as some include a guide tool. However user experience using tempered glass is way better than the tpu ones. That's my personal opinion as for years I was using tpu and about 3 years ago switched to tempered glass

I found the tempered glass to crack easily. It did it's job but it seemed to crack at the simplest issue.

TPU ones have actually improved significantly. Their not as soft as they used to be unless its in direct sun. But it's not glass and usually the best option for any curved screens.
The ones with the guide tool feel exactly like the stock screen protector that used to come with the Samsung phones.

I used to feel the same way "once you go tempered glass" but I've changed my mind about the TPU and that's what I use now.

Why the need of tempered glass?
Isn't the S23U made of gorilla glass or whatever they say it is made out of now?

If the tests they had showed so far with it being hammered by a machine with enough down force of a 75lbs iron. Then I think a drop of a couple of feet shouldn't damage the glass of this phone.

Good for micro scratch protection, like pocket sand.

Next time you trade in your device you won't have small abrasions on the screen.

At $5 for 3 protectors, worth a try, even if the product is inferior

I have used JETech glass screen protectors a few times now on our iPhones. I bought a pack for my wife and 1 for me around the same time. We found they shatter incredibly easy. One of us shattered one within 2 days. None of them shattered from obvious big drops. I would never consider this brand again.

Sucks that there's no coupon for the matte frosted clear case for the S23. I don't want the matte frosted black case since it'll block the colour of the phone itself.
