[Amazon.ca] Jif Dark Roast Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 kg, as low as $2.84 w/ S&S + coupon

$4.99 but comes down to $4.24 with 15% S&S, then click the $1.40 coupon to make it $2.84. No tax (ON).

Not a crazy deal, but good enough if you want to try this type of peanut butter or if you like it already. Great reviews (4.7/5, 81% 5-star).

It seems that the coupon can be reapplied if you want to make multiple orders.

Coupon for $1.20 off also works on Crunchy, Creamy and Light Creamy as well

Edit: other types seem to have a 2 order minimum but dark roast you only need to order 1

I got a crunchy one added earlier today without realizing there's a minimum of 2.

Mine says "1 unit every 2 months"

Tried the Kraft dark roast and was not impressed. The "dark" came from molasses as one of the ingredients, if I recall correctly.

If you care a little bit about health benefits, I would recommend natural peanut butter like this instead (from Costco):

It tastes a lot better to me and doesn't contain any added sugar or salt or anything weird.

Heck even PC Blue Menu natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) is much better quality-wise compared to The Jiffy, Skippy crap.

Oh, and it was on sale for $2.77 (750 ml jar) at Shoppers Drug Mart.

I left out the peanuts because that's all there should be in peanut butter... peanuts! Not all that other garbage I listed ;)

Jif has 98% peanuts and 2% of the other crap, I can live with that for the best tasting PB on the market.
