[Amazon.ca] Kalorik Universal Air Fryer Lid $79.99

I've been wanting to get into the air fryer realm for a while but the thought of having another large appliance dissuaded me. I was introduced to this contraption which essentially fits on existing pots and is just a lid. I did not have high expectations but the wings and tots that came out of it were definitely better than what I could accomplish with my traditional oven.

Price is $99.99 but there is a clippable $20 coupon which brings it down to a reasonable $79.99 which seems to match its lowest price in recent months.

I pulled the trigger and now i'm looking forward to all sorts of air fried goodies!

Established in Belgium in 1930, the Kalorik name has become synonymous with superior engineering and cutting-edge innovation. It was one of the first small appliance manufacturers in Europe to develop the electric toaster.

I brought a kettle of this brand. I must say it worked normally, but just a bargain quality.
So, I don't know it is a hundred-year-old brand or not, I would treat it as a bargain brand.

LOL. I have seen so many responses from Dhanushan on fido and zoomer threads mentioning how they are just Rogers subsidiaries. no offence meant Dhanushan, but that piece of info is irrelevant in 99% of those threads.

Not sure why all the downvotes. I bought a similar one over a year ago to convert my InstantPot into an air fryer. Has worked well. Beats buying a completely separate appliance.

This one seems more versatile and from a known brand (Costco sells a lot of their products https://www.costco.ca/CatalogSearch?dep ... rd=Kalorik)

Yeah curious about the down votes too, i hope the down vote button has a sub-button as to why. Wanted to get one to gift.

Wouldn't this take up the same shelf space a a full size airfryer assuming it sits with lid down, oh wait i see it somehow attaches to the lid???? I would wonder how it runs on something that isn't double walled...like a normal pot....that sucker would get super hot.
