According to TP-Link community forum:
Model EP10 is only sold in certain area & online channels. It has the same software functions as HS103 / HS105 but differentiate in appearance.
HS103 V1& V2 supports Max Load 10Amps.

Wow! Great find.. this is the new 15A plug. I've been waiting for this deal.

Edit: Coupon only valid for 1. Once you purchase, the coupon is gone.

Any way to get a second one with a coupon?

Ok size matters hehe and the info about HS103 going from 10 Amps to 15 Amps was an over-sight. Got too excited with the submit button. I removed the information from my post.

Yeah, @ShinNoodles posted a forum link where a TP-Link rep said:

Personally it is recommended to choose the cheapest model according to price in local/ online stores.
So HS103 is still the same 10A and HS105 is essentially replaced with this new EP10, I guess.
