Unfortunately no, Taiwan. But still very high quality.

I'll take one of each, I recently lost my driver when someone from work "borrowed" my tool box.

What's the benefit of tamper proof? I don't know what that means.

It's a security feature. If you use regular screws to fasten something, anyone with a standard screwdriver could remove the screws if they wanted to. Security screws which require these tamper proof bits are far less common. A regular screwdriver won't work.

My Panasonic microwave has tamper proof screws on the back of the case. I already had a set of the required bits to get the cover off to repair it. Some of the the tamper proof bits also work as regular hex and Torx bits, so at least there's that.

I bought it to be able to open a humidifier so I can easily clean the internal scale.

Klein quality has dropped since they moved manufacturing overseas. Keep that in mind.

For those looking for a set to fix electronics (smaller bits), I've been using this set for 2 years, and only messed up one bit (and it was my fault):

"ORIA Precision Screwdriver Set, 60 in 1 with 56 Bits Screwdriver Kit, Magnetic Driver Kit, Professional Repair Tool Set with Flexible Shaft, for Smartphone,Game Console,Smartphone (Black)"

I've disassembled and reassembled 30 plus pieces of equipment and it's done a good job. The magnetic tip continues to be just as strong as the day I bought it.
