Saw it yesterday for 11.99 and it's a 12+6 bonus (18) pack.

12 pack on sale last week for 7.97 and 1000 bonus pc points which is worth a $1, so technically 6.97.

Why is this even posted as a deal let alone a hot deal. Before the pandemic, they were on sale semi regularly or 5.88.

Maybe there's some individuals who would prefer not to go the stores and might find this as a deal.

There is no tax on food like KD at least in QC so I'm not sure why everyone is bring this up. Tax is only on prepared food or single pastries.

This is the regular price at places like Walmart and Superstore - the downvotes are almost all for it being a poor price, which is true.

No tax is charged anywhere in the coutnry for this. This product is considered a basic grocery item. Either way, this is basicly regular price at many stores. For example, Walmart's regular price is $1 for each 225g package if you buy in multiples of 5, and they will also deliver in major cities.

The argument is that shipping is free, but it isn't unless you're a Pirme member or order $35 worth of product (or a new customer).

WTF? They changed the format again?
I just bought it like a month ago and it was a 12 pack but with 50% bigger boxes.

Assuming the price is the same though, everyone's deal is cold since this works out to $0.66/box which is also a cold deal because I remember them selling 12 regular boxes for $6 on sale which is $0.50/box.
Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Sorry, but this is not a good price, tax or no tax. The hottest price for this I've seen is $5.97 and year ago at No Frills.

There is no tax on this grocery item anywhere. So that’s misleading. Free shipping, not really. Amazon profits on ignorance. OP, you actually updated the title to add no taxes. Lit up with downvotes just for that.

And most people have to go the grocery store anyways for perishables like milk and fruit. So that argument is bs. They may do online ordering and curbside pickup. Most don’t have a cow in the backyard for milk and churn their own butter or margarine to depend on the free shipping of KD to their door if they spend over $35 with amazon or $50 with Walmart to save time and gas.

Silly arguments. Not a deal. Boo if you want... reminds me I am out of margarine.

There's no gas wasted since you would just pick this up with your other groceries and food is not taxed at any store. Not a deal but good for those who don't want to go into a store.
