People are saying it only lasts a few months and that customer service is terrible.

Regardless, I still ordered one:) appreciate it OP. 18$ and if you got UGO it's like 16$. And no tax that's like ~14$ for a pair of wireless earbuds from a legit company (and has USB C).

I just hope they last.

Can't speak to the quality of these earbuds specifically but I've always found Aukey's customer service to be very responsive and eager to help.

I can't speak to it now, but a few years ago they were no fuss. Any complaints and people reported they were eager to ship out a new item without any hassle. The power bank and BT speaker I have continue to work flawlessly.

Thanks OP. ordered one pair.

My husband will take these, and I will take back the AirPods I gave him to use. Even if he lose the Aukey (and I am sure he will) I won't feel too bad.

Garbage earbuds. Dont waste your time .
Controls are not intuitive and connections was very glitchy. Also bought when it was $18 and I wouldnt do it again.

Actually my buddy owns a few pairs and he said its more than enough for what he uses it for.Workouts and handsfree in the car.Dont expect audiophile quality or good noise cancellation. Its good for the price point and no big deal if you lose one.I dont know what people expect for $17.99 but at this price point its a very good deal.
