Ordered & upvoted. word of advice: don’t order any other (heavy) items with this. Otherwise the nice pasta eggs will be all crunchy... Amazon packers have no common sense

"Obtained from premium durum wheat from the Californian desert". Who knew that they grew wheat in the California desert? It's trademarked as Desert Durum and grown in Arizona and California. The things you can learn from RFD and Amazon.

Ordered 2 packages, same issue, mostly crumbs. I submitted a complaint to amazon and they refunded my money.

If you do get crumbs (I'm going on a 95% probability on that one) this stuff makes good pasta to use in homemade soups. Just crush it down even more.
