[Amazon.ca] Lavatools thermometers on sale

For those without Thermapen money, Amazon has a bunch of Lavatools on right now.

The Javelin is (was?) one of the better rated thermometers in the budget category, but most colors are out of stock.

The PT09 is a stick type that has similar reading characteristics as the Javelin and is currently $13 - $4 - 10% with no tax. Under $8 for an instant read is a steal and a half.

The OVT02 is a leave in type that's great for reverse searing. It's currently $30 - $10 - 10% making it $17. This is pretty damn comparable to the Ikea FANTAST which is $13 regular price but out of stock. This also has a bunch more features like an ambient temp sensor in addition to the probe sensor.

PT18 is also a cheaper stick type, but as far as I can tell it doesn't have any better characteristics over a PT09 so not really worth over double the price.

CL1 seems to be a remote bluetooth. $40 - $10 - 10%.

The 10% off only applies once. I learned this the hard way when I went to order a 2nd time.
I picked up a PT09 and a couple OVT02. $17 is just ridiculous.

Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

These are some great deals OP, Picked up 2 PT18s, 2 OVT02s, and 2 PT09s.

Personally I value the speed and will keep the PT18s for personal use, the 09s will be given away.

Coupons are all removed, guessing it was an error.

Usually they have a limited "supply" of coupons. So I would say they were used up, rather then error.

Plus their products got a lot of hits and I can only image that helps them with the Amazon algorithm.

Nice, just bought the cheap one and it gave me the 10% off code, was kind of hidden though

PT09 is showing at 12.99 where you getting the additional discount? Nevermind the 10% code?

I believe there was a $4 off coupon, must all be claimed.
