This is probably the best bang-for-your-buck Lego set out right now. It's a lot of fun to build, it's huge, and it looks great on display.

Got it two years ago, great thing, just be careful as it stands tall it's very fragile. A dog, cat, kid, robot vaccum touches it and its destroyed.

Heads-up to anyone having ordered on the Lego website and found a subsequent discount elsewhere.
I had ordered this set on Lego.com earlier this month, and it was back-ordered. Called in to cancel the order and re-order on Amazon.
CS gave me the discount equivalent in Lego points (15% - applicable on next orders or promo stuff), and I still get both promo packs (Year of the Ox and Valentine's day).

I hesitated last night, but I can't resist this any longer. As a model rocket collector (I'm in the middle of a Saturn V Estes build right now), I sorta need this.
