This is a good price for a color multifunction laser printer. The ones that come on sale HP and Brother for 100 odd on staples are monochrome.

there are no ink compatible in primecables

i searched deeper and can't find anything. on ebay, 1 seller, and it only has 1, said, chips cant be reset yet 6 months ago.

honestly, i woulnt touch that, it might come downs to more than 10 cents per print

Really want a laser colour printer.... tooo bad got the brother BW laser one from staples $135 total....

Staples had this on sale for around $300 just last month. Definitely lots of strong points, including AirPrint (handy for all of you with kids who need their home schooling papers printed).

Expensive replacement cartridges (around $100 for each of the 4 C/M/Y/K carts you'd need) defintely puts this into question, as you're forced to get genuine Lexmark cartridges (PN C3210C0, C3210M0, C3210Y0, C3210K0). Still no aftermarket chips available if you refill the cartridges yourself. The claimed page count for the starter cartridges is 750 for black, and 500 for colour. Not sure about capacity on the replacement cartridges...

After buying 1 replacement cartridge this thing becomes a cold deal when compared to brother printers
