Tried to price match this at best buy, but they wouldn't budge. They cited their different model number (43UD79-B vs 43UD79-B.AUS) which was a bs reason, but mostly that this is "prime members only".

Considering it's shipping in 1-3 months, is there any other suggestions for price matching this? Memory express maybe?

Also, anyone know what the deal is with the .AUS at the end of best buy models?

Just buy and hope for the best. If it ships, you're billed.

That's an awesome deal, really tempted to buy this but 32" is already pushing it for my eyes...

Here is the rtings review if you guys are interested in purchasing this monitor.
Folks, read this review, don't go just by the scores. This IPS operates pretty much like you'd expect a midtier IPS should operate.

Good color, wide gamut, good grey uniformity, handles bright rooms well, blacks are weak (they always are on IPS).

God bless.

Great price but NOT a gaming monitor - it has 20.6 ms input lag and 5.5 ms response time. Just want to throw that out there in case you are thinking of using it as one.

Let's clear up some things, folks. Those numbers are pretty typical for midtier 4K monitors and certainly better than most 4K TVs used as monitors.

These timings are fine for pretty much all gaming except intense semi-professional FPS.

You'll survive.

Already have 34" Ultrawide and barely enough space on my desk as it is.

Personally I would not use this for competitive gaming. I still think it's a great deal.

Do you find 43" too big to be used as a monitor?
