I know it's Lindt (very good) and 41% off but still, $5 for 100g of milk chocolate doesn't seem like a good deal.

100g is the size of a big chocolate bar.

I know it's a matter of taste but I'd rather get a Zero (silver packaging) at Dollarama. It's Belgian chocolate stuffed with creamy chocolate; decadent!

Yeah, sorry to rain on your parade but I think you can get many others (like Aero) at many places (like Pharmaprix) at a better price than $5 for 100g.

But if you never tried Zero silver packaging before, it's really worth the detour, it's AMAZING!

Can these even be called chocolate? They're coconut or palm oil instead of cocoa butter.

Check the ingredients of some Lindt chocolates. They contain coconut oil. I don't like Lindt because of that. Not the one in the OP, though.

Both Lindt milk chocolate and Zero contain coconut or palm oils (first) AND cocoa butter (in smaller proportion).

Zero chocolate ingredients: Sugar, Coconut oil, Cocoa Mass, modified milk ingredients, cocoa butter, modified oils (palm kernel, palm, vegetable), soy lecithin, artificial flavour.

Lindt chocolate ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, LACTOSE, anhydrous MILK fat, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), BARLEY malt extract, flavourings.

If you read the ingredients list on chocolate bars, your life sucks!

I just had a Zero bar for the first time the other day, I got it from Dollarama on a friend's recommendation, but I can't remember what colour the wrapper was. Are there different kinds that come in different wrappers?

Yes, there is a gold and a silver packaging. I prefer the silver. I guess you weren't impressed if you don't remember the packaging?
