[Amazon.ca] Logitech 980-001281 MX Sound 2.0 Multi Device Stereo Speakers with Digital Audio ($69.99)

Lowest price according to Keepa.

Good deal on solid desktop speakers, purchased one for work a few months ago at $89.99 and it's solid. Ordered another set now for work. This isn't audiophile levels with subs and whatnot, but it's great at this price for just light use.

Two reviews says they shut off after 20 minutes even when playing music if it's not connected via bluetooth. Can anyone confirm?

Bought it last month from BB. No issues so far. I saw the reviews as well. I use it as my pc speakers.

I had these speakers for almost 2 years now.

Do not expect earth shattering sound out of these speakers. There is no subwoofer.

These will give you exactly what you would expect out of $60.

To turn them on, you waive your hand in front of the right speaker and the lights will come on. Volume control is also on the right speaker and is touch sensitive.

Would I buy these again? Absolutely not. They sound average at best. Even my 10 year old logitech speakers sound better.

yeah, it sounds ok for $60 or so. I paid $89 for it and wasn't overly disappointed. I just needed something that didn't look obtrusive, had BT and wired inputs, and it fit the bill for youtube watching.

That one thing I like is that it can handle two BT and a wired source at the same time.
RFD is not just about saving money, it's about the thrill of the hunt and getting the stuff I want without paying full price like Joe Shmoe did.
This applies to everyday items as well as high end items that I don't really need.
