I had this mouse, I liked it but gave me the far too common double click issue after 14 months.

I also had the G502 and hated it. Too small for someone with large hands using palm grip. The scroll wheel felt so strange.

Did you send them an email...? G402 has 2 year warranty - they usually just send you a brand new one.

Do you have to send your mouse back to them?

No I threw it away in a fit of rage and used it as an excuse to go back to the Razer Deathadder which is the best mouse I've used for large hands/palm grip.

Ahh. My original deathadder has been sitting in a box somewhere for the last 10 years. I didn't like the shape and sensitivity, so I turned to the Logitech MX518 and grabbed a G502 a couple years ago. Love the G502 - I claw grip, so that could be why.

I use to trust Logitech mice but that double click issues seems to be way too common. Logitech sells a lot of mice but still, seems like large amount of ppl have this issue.
stubhub and clearly.ca suck, like really suck
