Great full size mouse for the price. Very comfortable for all day use with nice tactile buttons. Not as refined as the MX line but for this price it's a no brainer. The scrolling wheel is very basic.

You can get a logitech wireless keyboard separately and pair other devices to the receiver that it comes with. These receivers are capable of processing more than one device.

The M510 supports the unifying receiver (2.4 Ghz). It comes with the Unifying receiver which is a great bonus.

I have been using one of these for about 7 years now. One of the stickered feet is loosening a bit, but other than that, it still works great.
