Can vouch have a lucid cover not the complete zip on version though and it’s quiet and didn’t make the bed 500 degrees in temp

Are all Amazon encasements the same? I see this one by Utopia brand [https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B00U6HREP ... ge_1?psc=1] for $3 more and has 38k reviews with a Fakespot C rating while the one in the op has 2k reviews with a Fakespot B rating

lucid is 18” deep with zipper closure whereas utopia is 16” with elastic fitting. I think I will $3

The anti-bedbug claim makes me very skeptical about all other claims. I'd be surprised if any mattress protector could do anything to prevent a bedbug infestation.

I think the idea is that it would protect your mattress in case you do get bed bugs. You wouldn't have to throw it away.
