This better than Costco?
Costco is a better deal when on sale. Last time was 10.79 for 1.58kg

is it on sale NOW? If not, reference is pointless to the current deal right now, no?

Its okay, it regularly goes on sale at Costco with that price in mind. What is meant is, unless you need it now, you can wait for Costco.
When you upvote my posts, this is what happens:
My wife loves me more😂, my car goes faster😎, my house becomes bigger😐, My boss gives me a raise😁.

Fact check, none of the above is valid.

Unless you have to have peanut M&Ms now (which isn't even now given the postal delays), Costco frequently has peanut M&Ms on sale. So no, not pointless.

Do you have an urgent need to stock up on candy right after a Halloween clearout?

Also, are M&M considered better value than other mars products?

That's why I said when "on sale". (which is usually every couple months) Pointless? Perhaps. Some people may rather wait. Just answering someones question. I am sure people can make their own decisions for what is best for them.

Whether it's on sale or not right now, it IS a point of reference. It shows that the price is OK, but not the best it's been. And not the best it will be multiple times in the next while at Costco.
If you NEED M&M's right now, then the price is right for you, if you can wait, Costco is the better deal.
The first rule of RFD is, you do not talk about RFD.

The second rule of RFD is, you DO NOT talk about RFD.

FYI, even the non-sale price at Costco appears to be a better deal than this Amazon one.
$14 for 1.58kg = $0.0089/g
Vs
$10 for 1kg = $0.01/g

Either way, they are delicious!

All this drama makes me want popcorn, but I guess M&M's will have to do.

I'm too lazy to change the Michael Jackson popcorn meme to M&M's lol
