According to Competition Bureau Canada, price error needs to be corrected immediately. This took 4 weeks to correct?

I am more okay if they cancel the order immediately the next day. But cancelling after waiting for 4 weeks..

I chatted with Roxanne and she said there is nothing she can do. Made me really pissed. So I tried calling. The lady immediately knew about the dish soap issue and offered $15. I told her I would like $30 and she said she can't as $15 is her limit. I asked her to speak to a supervisor. Waited for 10 minutes or so. Supervisor talked to me and gave me $30 in promotional credit. I told her I want the $30 to buy just one set of 6-pack.

Now I am going to buy one set of 6-pack and give one bottle to each of my relatives instead of a 6-pack each.. Better than nothing.

FYI, promo courtesy credit doesn't go into the gift card section. Got insanely lucky with that $100 promo credit though.
