MSI Bravo 15 A4DDR-009CA 15.6" 120Hz Gaming Laptop AMD Ryzen7-4800H Radeon RX5500M 16GB 512GB NVMe SSD

Seems like a pretty good deal for MSI brand and for the specs... but maybe worth waiting for Black Friday?

GPU seems to offer gaming framerates around the 1650ti level, which wouldn't seem quite enough to put that 120hz display to good use on many recent/future games. Good processor though.

How hot does this laptop get and loud with the fans under light load? I'm finding virtually all laptops these days run "hot" and are loud, too loud to have in the bedroom and working on it while your partner is sleeping.

Also, is the 4 GB graphics integrated (part of the 16 GB) allotment or separate?

lenovo i would never buy their consumer products. like HP samething. very good at their business line up but very bad on their consumer line up.

i give my business to MSI or Asus for gaming laptops .

Performance somewhere between a 1660ti and a 1660ti maxq 2hoch is a little slower.

The 2 star Amazon review concerns me:
I bought this gaming laptop hoping to have a good gaming time on the go. However, I was extremely disappointed in this product.

First, gaming is subpar for a Ryzen 7 4800H budget laptop. Modern games are barely playable at high settings, and there are still frequent FPS drops.

Second, there seems to be an issue with some games using both the APU graphics and the dedicated card. It happened to me twice, but the display simply shut down during gameplay. I ignore if my laptop is simply defective, but this is quite a shocking situation when your game continues in front of a black screen.

Third, my screen was (as the pictures show) an IPS glow/backlight bleeding festival. This is impossible to enjoy watching a movie with such a display, as the light bleed is very distracting.

In fact, this laptop is a disappointment in every sense of the word, with the exception of the battery, which lasts long for a gaming laptop.

As there are much more satisfying options out there in the same price range, I cannot recommend this laptop that I decided to return after a few hours of play.

Major disappointment.
