23$ for 1.6 lbs at 80% protein per scoop?
Kaizen is higher % and on sale would be 22$ per 2.2lbs, Canadian protein and My protein also have sales for similar isolates
Why choose this over the alternatives?

Relative to MyProtein, this is really expensive per lb right? Since MP is like $8 a lb on sale (when buying 11lb), this is like $15/lb

Because this tastes vastly superior to Kaizen...

Isn't tasting good mean that there's a lot of sugar or flavourings in it? I mean making it taste good isn't that difficult, but that's not the point of a protein powder.

Kaizen is the one that has lot of fillings and cheap ingredients ... you can buy good tasting protein like Syntha 6 paying double the price than this and still say Kaizen is damn cheap then this is not for you ..if you are working hard and drinking a protein shake that tastes like shit your only looking at ur shaker bottle thinking when u will running through it lol ..

you yeah lucky you got 5 up votes .. there is a reason why Kaizen and other proteins are cheap no digestive enzymes and no glutamine but only too much of soy ..i would rather eat eggs and other sources to get protein instead of buying these soy filled proteins and save that 22$ too

Not necessarily. At the end of the day everyone is going to make their decisions based on a number of factors. I for one put high emphasis on taste over price and even nutrition specifics. Compared to the kaizen, the mutant beats it in 2 out of the 3 categories listed above

Getting protein from whole foods is always preferable to getting it from a supplement, so of course I would rather eat eggs and other sources than spending on your product as well, especially when with yours I'm not even getting values worth for protein per $ and instead I'm paying more for the inclusion of a bunch of other irrelevant stuff
The only thing you really have going for this product is taste, which is not worth the higher cost for a lower protein amount for me. Everyone is free to do what they want of course, but whey protein for me and many others is just a way to reach my macros for the day and as such after hitting the gym I chug a shake in 10 seconds. If you want something tasty, spend your money on some actual food instead of a supplement. Just my opinion and your money of course, but in the spirit of RFD I thought I'd bring to light the value proposition since that's a big reason why we're all on here in the first place :)

Pretty sure all the stuff you circled on the left applies to Kaizen Naturals.

Have you or anyone else seen any evidence that Kaizen has cheap fillers?

$69.99 is a regular sale price for the 5lb on SVN w/ free shipping. Products are always fresh and far out expiry date, hut you're stuck with one flavour.

Anything significantly over $10/lb is too much $$$.

They hide the ingredients and just say they use "natural ingredients" that's a first sign of hidden fillers
