[Amazon.ca] NCM Moscow electric bike 1539 + tax

The NCM Moscow has been selling for $1899 recently, and is on sale for $1699 at AmegoEV in Toronto but requires pickup to avoid shipping.

Amazon has some back online at $1539+ tax with free shipping. Ships and sold by Leon Cycle.

The Moscow Plus was at $1899 recently (which is high for it, it's often $1698), this is the regular Moscow.
