Please put PRIME ONLY in the thread title.
Official Response from Dollarama Management:

Dollarama has a no exchange/no refund policy, and as a result, all sales are final. This information can be found on the screen of each check-out/point-of-sale in our stores as well as on each receipt.

Amazon uses the same product page for their own warehouse and the 3rd party sellers; it's likely the reviewer got scammed by one of those 3rd parties. As long as Amazon themselves are shipping the item, you should be safe.

Ships from and sold by Amazon.ca
I don't think so..... maybe they bought from a 3rd party - Reviews don't change based on seller

SNES shows back in stock for 99$.
Stay strong, situation always looks harder and that it will never end when you are in the middle of it, but remember past experiences, everything has an ending.

Not necessarily, because Amazon uses common storage for all products shipped by them.
Whenever someone asks a question that starts with "Why do they..." or "Why don't they...", the answer is always a) money, b) stupidity, or c) both.
