Thanks for the post and I know this isn't suppose to be good for you but 10g of sugar per 14g serving? Wow.

Thanks OP! Looks like maybe they're matching RCSS (Ontario)'s flyer for the powder.

Wow, it's basically pure sugar. I didn't know it was that bad. Order cancelled.

Order now and take the 4 weeks to contemplate the sugar content and what it means to you.

Probably best that I keep away from buying this after reading about the sugar contents.

It's pretty much just sugar and cocoa. Sounds bad but at least you drink it with a glass of milk. By comparison, a can of coke has about 4 times the amount of sugar (39 g) and doesn't come with the nutritional benefits of milk. So as far as sugary treats go, you can do a lot worse than a glass of milk with a spoonful of this stuff in it. Lots of people probably have close to the same amount of sugar in their morning Tim's.

I stopped buying this crap as many pointed out it is almost all sugar.

It's so simple to make. Go to Costco buy their organic Dutch coco powder go home and combine with sugar and put in blender or food processor ( may want to wear a covid mask as you do get a bit of coco powder in the air lol)

There you got better chocolate mix and you can make this in bulk and put your in your own container.

My dad always bought nesquick and I gave him some some of what I made and he could not stop drinking it he had 3 huge glasses of it, it was like he never had chocolate milk that good.

You can experiment around with sugar levels. I started at 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of coco powder( when you come from this 90% sugar you can't go down to fast) Now I am at 1 cup of coco powder and 1/3 of cup sugar.

I also use monk fruit sugar as it's zero calories and not artificial.

Only thing is my chocolate powder does not dissolve as easy since I don't have the soy lethain in mine.... Which I am oK with not having as I rather not have these weird ingredients in it just to save myself from needing to stir a bit less.

Why bother with a blender? Can't you just put coco powder and sugar in the water or milk when making the drink?
