Great price, but the reviews on Amazon don’t seem too promising. Upvoted!

Almost 20% of the reviews are 3star or less.

Yeah, no dedicated backhaul... Expect to see your bandwidth slashed by half at each additional puck you add

Niagara On The Lake
To all you internet gurus on RFD, I have a Bell 3000 modem. I bought a Amped Wireless REC10 to extend the range of my wifi on the top floor, especially for the Amazon 4k Firesticks. The extender is plugged in no more than 20 feet from the Bell 3000 modem. YET, the TV/Firestick only clock less than 5 MBS speeds. For some reason, I cannot reset the device to factory settings despite multiple tries. Amped Wireless tech support is non existent. Any suggestions on how to improve speeds upstairs? Thank you in advance.

I'm currently staying at my relatives place that has this exact system installed in it. It's horrible, just an fyi. Constantly drops connections and over the past week, we've moved it all over the place trying to get it to work better, but nothing has helped. Wouldn't touch this system, imo.

I currently have an Asus AX86u in a 2700sqft house. I have no issues with 5ghz but the 2.4 won't reach my Ring floodlight (two opposite ends), so it has basically stopped recording and only comes on occasionally. I guess this won't be an upgrade.

Last Nighthawk router I purchased was an exercise in misery. Constant dropped connections, had to be powered cycled every few days. Never again!

I own this set. Got it from dell for 280$ plus 12% cash back from rakuten, if I am not mistaking. I used to have problems with multiple routers, disconnects, conflicting ips. This set solved everything, plug it in and forget it. Didn't reboot it ever since. Great wifi throughout 2500sqft 3 storey house. Including garage and backyard. My ring and wyze smart cams connect almost instantly. Maybe 2-4seconds wait time.

The only downside is just 1 ethernet port. But a 20$ 4 way splitter did the job for my most demanding machines.

Was it easy to set up? I have a Rogers ignite router (black) and I'm not sure if it will be difficult to connect and then use the router to bridge?
