Well it's been 72 hours and no response from Amazon. Talked to customer service again and after a long wait (by their normal standards) they issued a refund. So, happy it's resolved, sad I missed out on the lens.

Anyone want to buy an empty Nikon box? :P

Had a gpu and most recently a keyboard shipped that way, just label applied directly on the retail box for everybody to see.

Have mine ready to pick up at the PO, hope the lens is still there!

My order was just canceled today not too long ago. Weird because I had an expected delivery date by the end of this month for it. Quite bummed but oh well. I chatted to follow up and received a $5 apology credit.

Finally received my order yesterday. Called Amazon for delayed order and received $50 credit towards my order.
