[Amazon.ca] Nintendo Switch [Physical] Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town - $30 (All Time Low) + Other Marvelous/XSEED Games

The remake of GBA's Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town, now titled Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, is on sale at Walmart and Amazon for $30 (40% off and all time low according to DekuDeals). The GBA version was great and I expect this one to be as well. (Note: there are some differences between the two versions)

Other Marvelous/XSEED physical Switch games seem to be on sale at Walmart and Amazon at all time lows too.

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin - $30 (25% off) ATL
Shadowverse: Champions Battle - $30 (40% off) ATL
Knockout Home Fitness - $30 (40% off) ATL

NB
If anyone is curious, this IS a "Harvest Moon" (Bokujou Monogatari) game by the original developers. The series branched off in 2007 into "Story of Seasons" (the "real" Harvest Moon games) and "Harvest Moon" (a new (subjectively bad) copycat series published by the company who used to localize the old games, who owns the English name).

So if you played Harvest Moon as a kid, this is the real deal. :) Also, if you want, you can marry someone of the same gender now. So that's pretty neat.

Sakuna will not be for everyone, but I have really, really enjoyed it. If you've been debating it and think you might like it, $30 is a good price for a punt.

The most similar games I can think are, Odin Sphere, Okami and Rune Factory. If you like any of those, think about giving it a shot.
