[Amazon.ca] Nutiva Organic Vegan Hazelnut Spread, Classic Chocolate, 369 g, $2

New low on CCC by a bunch. Already showing "Usually ships within 1 to 2 months" so probably not a lot of stock and might not last long. Limit of 5.

Costco sells for $8 for 2 of 1kg jar
1. Buy cheap, buy twice
2. Don’t buy because it’s cheap. Buy it when needed or it brings convenience/happiness/better quality in life
3. Buy now think (regret/return) later
4. If the gut says don’t tell your lady, don’t!

Not the same product.
You are right. Just noticed this is organic vegan one. I know usually this type of spread is not that healthy so organic and vegan is a big plus.

But if one doesn’t mind about that part and only care about taste, I checked this product review on amazon and Costco’s one. I would actually go with Costco (if one doesn’t mind the size)

Being vegan and organic doesn’t make it any healthier.

Does that say organic palm oil in the ingredients list? Organic or not, if it has palm oil, I’m out.

I bought one from Walmart and regretted instantly. It has a very very coarse texture like cheap peanut butter and tastes super awful. Totally bland, no flavour at all. It tastes like a blend of cheap chocolate, coconut oil and weird nutty taste in a very coarse texture. Don't waste your money even a toonie

Further down the page there's an image that states:
Unlike other brands, we source our red palm from small organic, fair trade certified family farms in Ecuador ensuring no harm to primary rainforests or animal habitats.

Walmart has it on sale for $2 too. Plenty of stock everywhere and I gave it a test run regrettably. Grab one, eat and come back to read my review.

The coarse texture is probably the flax seed. One positive is that it will help keep you regular.
