There's a few different olight flashlight models on sale right now on Amazon.

I generally buy mine from their Canadian website during their sales they have often which also racks up points.

My favorite are the raw copper models.

I tend to think Olights are you way over priced. Their are so many cheaper flashlights on Amazon for cheaper. The thrulite is just $60 and has 2000 lumens.

The Olight i1r 2 for $20 is perfect for walking my dog at night. Super tiny and USB rechargeable.

looking for one for myself and my dad. What should I be looking for? basically using it for repairs around the house and car repairs. We find that sometimes the crappy flashlights wont light anything up. Is there a good sale or anything before xmas?

I prefer the LE brand sold on amazon. Their 1,000 lumen flashlight is awesome and cheap.

If you're looking for a general purpose flashlight, the Wurkkos FC11 is pretty much the go-to right now in the flashlight community (yes it's a real thing). Easy to use interface, included 18650 battery, USB rechargeable and magnetic tail cap. It's actually the first light listed on Reddit's recommended list.

If you're willing to wait a month, you can save a few dollars by purchasing from their official aliexpress store. Tomorrow being 11.11, it will be on further discount.

While Olight does make quality products, they're often considered overpriced compared to what's out in the market.

I personally own the FC11 and bought it as my first "real" flashlight after reading many reviews and highly recommend it to anyone looking to step up from the $10 led junk they sell in stores.

I have a couple of Seeker 2 Pro 3200's and there is literally nothing out there like them for brightness and build quality. That being said, I'll likely not be buying anything like them in the future, they are very expensive and there are some solid less-expensive alternatives out there.

You can get a sofirn sp36 for less if you need a ton of lumens, or one of the many other cheaper and better pocket lights.

Wish the wowtac a2s was still $35 up here. The price like doubled.

Thanks for your thorough summary! I bought the Wurkkos! Looks like it’s near lowest price ever.
