[Amazon.ca] Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II, Mirrorless Digital Camera with 14-42mm, R Lens $508

Seen this at it;s lowest price (according to my research and CCC). If anyone is in the market!

I own this camera and extremely happy with the results! In built image stabilization and can own micro 3/4 lenses at a very reasonable price. I own many Oly lenses and they are light weight, just like the body. Excellent for small hands, and those who like to carry their cameras with them and don't want to worry about it's weight!

Couple pics just for reference (had to reduce the size to upload, buy you get an idea)!

No microphone Jack. You might as well settle in for Canon SL2

Sorry, haven't owned mk 1 so can't really say. If I am upgrading, and again depending on your needs, I will upgrade only if it has significant different which I wished my camera would have! For example OM-D E-M1X has live ND filter in built!! Now that is something I would love to upgrade too

This is my travel camera and I think it's an excellent camera for those who enjoy photography.

I won't get into the whole debate about full frame vs APSC vs MFT. Each camera format has its pros and cons and it really depends on what you use it for and what you're willing to give up.

I'll just say for travel, the light weight of the EM10II and also the light weight of the lens is a real plus. And the EM10ii has most of the features I'd need for a very good price. I'd recommend this camera for photography (but not for video)

Only thing I'll also mention is, this is also a camera you can find for pretty cheap on used market. You should be able to find mint condition ones for under $300.so that's something to consider too.
