This is currently on sale at Memory Express for $609, it was $629 yesterday and then went down to $609 and just past midnight it went down to 539.99. This is the cheapest 2070 super you can get. I was hesitant on the cooling performance but for this price I'm clicking.

If you want triple coolers then your option is Gigabyte Windforce triple fan for $599 from Canada Computers.

At $650 you'll have tons more options.
