OP is right, the price was $59 a few minutes ago. Guess it's fixed now.

Bought. Thanks. Every time I sat on the fence on cheap SSD's, I miss out. Not this time. :)

In the Technical Details section, "Batteries: 1 Lithium Ion batteries required. " Did anyone get a battery for this?

Nope. Gone back to $114.

Keep a Box history shows it has been on sale in the $60-$70 range several times in the past couple of months. So add it to your wishlist and watch for sales, e.g. on Boxing Day.

Didn't last long as there were only 7 apparently. Hoping to see the 2TB drop again as a good option for a game drive.

Thanks OP. With nand prices falling it looks like 512 is the new 256 and 1tb is the new 512.

4tb looks to be the new stretch category.

Correct. NAND prices defy the laws of inflation. True of most electronics to a lesser degree.

This would be a much more challenging world if our technology and agricultural science weren't so advanced.

I would recommend folks don't stockpile SSDs. As a depreciating asset, you can buy when you need storage.

Yes, better NAND, but TeamGroup is one step slightly below Patriot.

It's also a little more expensive.

Fair market value, all considered.
