What is the regular price? Not sure about this brand.

Not sure if you're joking because of the typo on Amazon (and then copied to this thread) or not. But Philips been around for ~130 years now... It's good to see them on the consumer monitors market again.

This is the lowest it's been. Good monitor for any color-work as it covers 109 sRGB. Not for competitive gaming since it's 60hz,but it depends. I got to top 10 in Pubg a couple of years back on a 60hz monitor since it caps at 60fps. 4 year warranty is great. Remember crappy LG only gives 1 year since their stuff is bad these days and they know it.

OP: REMOVE ADVANCE WARRANTY. it's not applicable to Canada. Philips only does it for USA :(

Thank you OP !

Anyone here have a 40 inch tv , as a monitor ?

I saw this 300$ hisense at costco , and wanted to replace my 2k monitor. But 40 inch at >1.5 feet away is a way too much.

can anyone confirm they did not outsource their monitor manufacturing? I believe their TV is rebranded by other brand

A lot of manufacturers like dell, Philips, Lenovo, AOC, MSI use Samsung panels. Nothing wrong with that.

what I mean is maybe phillips doesn't even make monitors, it could be a rebranded AOC.

depending on how far your screen is , 4K might be a bit much for text based work .
