Out of curiosity, why the downvote ? ( I see reason as "Other/Downvote" ) Is there any bad thing about this deal/product that I/We should know ?

I don't post really often here, but I'd like to make sure when I do, everything's good and that I'm not missing something.

Regards,
Newbie

As someone who works in construction, I absolutely loathe these compressors. These are loud AF and cycle often, even when using a finishing nailer. If you're just going to be using it at home for the odd small job or filling bike tires, it'll do the trick. But if you're going to use it regularly or for work, spend an extra $100 or so and get something that isn't so loud and isn't disposable. Oil-free compressors won't last a long time under regular use.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Seconded, this compressor is LOUD (82db), I bought this when it was $99 and have regretted it. If you do want to go oil free, spend a little more for a quieter unit, anything under 70db.

For those on the fence, I bought this ten years ago with a finishing nailer for $200 and it has been great for casings, trim, crown moulding, fireplace mantel, custom bookcases and the list goes on. I have done several family and friends homes and yes it is loud, but it has done the job. A tip that has helped it last is leaving the shutoff value open after every use so the tank doesn’t rust out with moisture and clog the system. Just my two cents.

Dead? Showing $297 for me.

Great compressor. Yes its loud, I have this and use it to inflate my tires and for small DIY projects at home.

If you do get one, you'll want to change the stock hose as it doesn't flex as much especially in the colder months.

Thanks, was wondering if the deal was dead.

It's out of stock, but can still be ordered. Hopefully they fulfill my order.

There is no worse sound on our entire planet than a cycling 6-gallon PC pancake compressor.
