Right. Seiko movements in the watches in the O.P.
I've been pleased with the quality of the my 8928OB. Bought the 8926OB tonight for $81.00 all in.

Shout out to the 8926OB, oddly enough it has none of the alignment/quality control issues I've experienced with $500+ Seiko prospex watches.

Majority of their watches use Citizen and/or Seiko movements. It's an educated assumption.

I have used dozens of modern invictas with this movement and most of them run within 10 sec a day.

If your watch is off by 10 min a day it is likely magnetized.

They also use ETA, Ronda, and Sellita. Invicta's implementation of the movement could be messing with how well they work. Also, kopokipi mentioned he/she has an Invicta watch, but not which one. I had one of the Invicta diver watches that came with a Seiko movement. It worked well, but the watch itself was a piece of $h!t.

They've always been shitty watches. People that haven't heard of the brand before just get excited because they think they scored he deal of the century... An $1000 watch for $150. I remember my bro doing that when he thought he a got a good deal for an Invicta watch on a cruise. I opened his eyes shortly after.
