I don’t know this specific JBL soundbar, but I looked into other JBL soundbar’s a couple months ago and they all had issues of wireless sub disconnects. If you live in an area with wifi congestion, these are not a good choice.

Anyone with this sound bar? I wonder if this is a good deal. I'm currently looking for one and might buy this.

I was looking at it but doesn`t do atmos, you have to get the upgraded 9.1 model, will wait and see

I will pass. The surround speakers need to be recharged by connecting them to the base. If you forget, they dead. For anyone who thinks this is a "great deal", the bar is 429$ at Crutchfield's down south and it is of course discontinued.

Has been at this price more than a few times this year and has gone to 499 once as well according to CCC. This isn't the one to watch out for. The 9.1 which has atmos is the highly reviewed one which is good for places where you dont need fixed rear speakers.

I think sound bars are good if you buy a cheap one for less than $50 to use as an upgrade to your TV speakers.

But if you're going to spend like $600, you can get some good real speakers.
