FYI for people who use Unifi products. This will not work with respect to PoE

Thanks for the tip, but why is this the case?

It seems this is a standard PoE (802.3af) 48V and (some) Unifi AP are non-standard 12-24V.

Most Unifi devices use 24VDC while this does 48VDC

well check the specs of your access point, but this is again a higher voltage (52V), 802.3af/at switch

You can also try it. This switch negotiate the voltage before applying it. So worst case it won't work.
