I try online with Amazon (Product Damage but packaging box is okay), everything is automated. The only option I can get Full refund with return.
I don't want to return all as I cannot buy these at same price.
Anyone on the same boat?
Since these were ship/sold by Amazon, if they were still in stock, you could have always requested a replacement order.
(You would have to return the previous order)
