I try online with Amazon (Product Damage but packaging box is okay), everything is automated. The only option I can get Full refund with return.
I don't want to return all as I cannot buy these at same price.
Anyone on the same boat?
You have to chat with an Amazon agent, and at the very least, you will get a partial refund, and keep everything.

Since these were ship/sold by Amazon, if they were still in stock, you could have always requested a replacement order.
(You would have to return the previous order)

I could not find the (real person) chat button.
I got a chat window open but it's chat assistance that redirect me back to online refund.
Friendly reminder: Signature will be removed for rule violations: font size, colour, and personal sales

You have to play around with the automated questions, and at some point, it wall ask if you want to chat with someone. (Usually it's a question asking "Something Else")

Sometimes there's a little icon on the bottom middle, and that's the chat button.

Good luck.

Here's what I thought about making, in order to stack them...

You will need 4 clips per bin, and just place them roughly on each corner, then stack the 2nd bin on top.

As long as the bins are not filled with heavy materials, bending any light metal should work, otherwise a stronger metal must be used.

Rough drawings below!

Oooh... Nice!... That's pretty easy as well. :)

I was going in that direction originally by only using 4 screws, but thought it would be too
dangerous with the sharp part of the screw pointing inward, and I might get cut if not careful.
Then figured I can always snip off the tip of the screw making it "less dangerous" ;)

Aesthetically looking, it was and still is to me, so I'll have to decide what to do, once I receive something.

Well that changes everything!

Making something like this will make the bins stronger, and allow for stacking, but without the proper equipment, it's too time consuming to build. :(

Your dowel method is looking better! ;)

Amazing these keep appearing, you'd think the company would have fixed it. Just picked up one of those ivory ones since they seem like a good size and price. Received a pack of green and clear bins but the 2-3/4" width makes it pretty limited in use, good for keeping track of smaller things, but I wanted some larger ones as well. Also have some large green ones arriving shortly from when it was first posted.

I definitely ordered too many of the 2-3/4" ones so I'm going to use as many as I can and give the rest away to friends and family. I got caught up in the frenzy and ordered 4 boxes in different colours, and as it turns out 144 bins is a lot of bins.

Finally figure it out. Basically you need click others, others, others until the automated assistance asked you if you want live chat agent
End up the live agent gave me 50% off for the broken shelf bins.
Reason for refund: Item not satisfactory

Better outcome than I expected.

Ordered some more today with the refund LOL

Same here, I also ordered 4 boxes of 2-3/4", those ones are too small.

They can't be used as drawer organizers?

I ordered one each of the following:

Quantum Storage QSB110CL 8-Pack 4" Hanging Plastic Shelf Bin Storage Containers, 17-7/8" x 11-1/8" x 4", Clear ($16.54)
Quantum Storage QSB108YL 10-Pack 4" Hanging Plastic Shelf Bin Storage Containers, 17-7/8" x 8-3/8" x 4", Yellow $10.16
Quantum Storage QSB102IV 30-Pack 4" Hanging Plastic Shelf Bin Storage Containers, 11-5/8" x 6-5/8" x 4", Ivory ($5.32)
Quantum Storage QSB100YL 36-Pack 4" Hanging Plastic Shelf Bin Storage Containers, 11-5/8" x 2-3/4" x 4", Yellow ($3.27)
Quantum Storage QSB100RD 36-Pack 4" Hanging Plastic Shelf Bin Storage Containers, 11-5/8" x 2-3/4" x 4", Red ($3.27)

I really only wanted the QSB110CL 8-Pack, but for the price of most others, I couldn't resist, and I plan on giving them (or most) away.

Just a FYI: I never saw this before on Amazon, but as you hit the buy button, they take your money, and it's too late to cancel in case you changed your mind!

That's fantastic!

Makes them sturdy, and stackable at the same time!

yes I notice that Amazon charged it right away, I think they do this when then have overstock to dump also if you have an teacher friend give them the ones your not planning on keeping they can use them for school supplies.

I don't think these orders are even shipped from Amazon warehouses.

I have a feeling our orders get sent directly to the supplier, and they fulfill the order as if it was by Amazon. (which explains why we cannot cancel the order once submitted)

3 out of my 5 orders have now "shipped", but tracking says "Shipment Data Uploaded Sun, Feb 5, 4:37 p.m. GMT-5 Groveport, OH [United States] "

No actual movement on any order as of yet.

From my experience, it takes about 3-4 business days for the order to be picked up.

Correct the shipping label starts at Miami Florida at the quantum warehouse which ships to amazon USA flex which then ships on behalf of amazon Canada. Quite the journey lol
