I kinda doubt that they will ship them. Seems to be from the UK, and I think shipping alone on these would cost more than their listed price. But I guess it's worth a try.

Looking deeper into this, the Lemon ones are 88.60. My guess is that's the normal price. Seems to be a typo of putting in 18 instead of 88.

Yeah, it does seem too good to be true. If it was a different site I'd probably pass but I'm pretty comfortable with Amazon.

So far, 3 times I havent received something from a 3rd party seller. All 3 times amazon promptly refunded me, without any issue. I did have to wait until the arrival shipping date, then a couple of days to give a chance to the seller to respond.

Yeah, there's lots of recipes online..i just google them...but the basic is the vitafiber. I read online it's not required, but it makes things much easier...
I usually just throw in vitafiber, protein powder, cinnamon and either crushed walnuts or almonds.
