[Amazon.ca] RAVPower 29W MAX 10000mAh PD Power Bank USB-C Ultra Slim Battery Pack $29.99

Another RAVPower product on sale... this time it's their new 10,000mAH battery pack with USB-C PD up to 18W. Total power delivery is 29W when using both ports which is very reasonable, QC 3.0 support as well.

Coupon code is buried in the description: DZ2QRODU for 40% off.

Technical Specifications:
Battery Capacity: 10000mAh
Total Output: PD 18W + iSmart 5V/2.1A (Each Port), Total 29W Max.
PD Output:5V/3A,9V/2A,12V/1.5A, 18W max.
PD Input: 5V/3A,9V/3A,12V/2A,14.5V/2A
iSmart Output: QC3.0/2.0, 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A
Dimensions: 11.2 x 5.1 x 2.5cm/4.4 x 2.0 x 1.0in
Net Weight: 190.6g/6.7oz

Amazon specs vary from the manufacturer's website and the product photos that advertise "29W max when charging one device." Model # matches...

Manufacturer's site advertises: PD Output 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2A, 14.5V/2A but "total output PD 18W + I smart 5V/2.1A (each port), total 29W Max"

Anyone have one and have done/read testing on what it actually delivers or what the specs on the actual device says?

10K is the perfect size for one person. I have a 20k that I never carry and I find 5k to be not enough. PD and brand name is a good plus.

I get the same impression, but it does look small in length from the video reviews. I think this hits the sweet spot for me so am in for 1.

You're right. I just copied and pasted the title. I agree, it's not slim.

But I have compared li-poly banks in the past with li-ion ones and volume-wise, they take up almost identical amounts of space. Weight-wise, depending on the plastics used, the non-slim banks can be lighter than their slim equivalents. I think it's personal preference.

I posted this because I really think that if the specs are to be believed (and there's no indication they shouldn't be), this is the best spec-ed 10,000 bank on Amazon at a really good price.

They post these in review groups, where sometimes they offer these items for free as well.

Yes, actually. Any one of RAVPower's GAN chargers are amazing. There's also a 30W total/18W PD/12W USB-A one for $20: https://www.amazon.ca/RAVPower-Charging ... 188&sr=8-6

It's not GAN but a good size and will charge at 18W plus another USB device at 12W.

In for one! Thanks OP. Recently needed to borrow a friends phone when i forgot to recharge my pixel 3 miday.

While it doesn't look slim, the photos in the reviews show that this thing palms easily in the hand. Palming this behind the phone while holding both should be perfectly fine.

Slim may be nice behind the phone in theory, but I've had the slimmish rectangular ones from years ago, and I found it would slip easily. I suppose two elastics to keep it attached to a phone. would have helped but I don't think that's thing anymore with smaller bezel phones.
