This is a very solid charger that's good value even at regular price. I was looking into purchasing this one for an upcoming trip but ended up going with something that has more ports (which is no knock against this charger). For those who are curious:

Output:
1, Single port output: PD18W/30W/45W/60W/87W/90W
2, Two ports used together:
1) Laptop + Laptop: 45W+ 45W
2) Laptop + Phone: 60W + 30W
3) Laptop + iPad 2017/2018/2019: 45W +30W
4) Laptop + Tablet (except iPad 2017/2018/2019): 60W +30W

And a great plus value is the included USB Type C to Type C cable.

I honestly have second thoughts about these chargers that promises a high output power in a small package. Not sure if this could affect battery life in the medium/long term of any particular device. But that's me...

If delivers what promises it's definitely a great price though.

Legit question, why would someone buy this for $45 when all your devices already come with chargers? Is it just because this charges things much faster?

Small form factor , power , price . Faster and more efficient if your device allows it.

Convenience for charging at a different locations. I have chargers all over the house, and in the office.

I'm waiting for this one to drop in Canada, assuming a reasonable price as it has some USB ports as well as 2 USB C ports:
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08DFKZ7BC/?co ... _lig_dp_it

But I bought the 90W one because it can charge my MBP at full speed, plus it has a 2nd port if I want to charge my iPhone/iPad or other device that requires USB-C. Realize the 2nd port will drop in power, but 60W is still sufficient to charge the MBP. I should have waited when I bought the single 61W USB C charger last year as this is more practical.

Anyone know if this works with Dell Latitude? There seems to be some reports of the XPS getting 60W max. Thinking of getting it for the work laptop so I don't have to lug the big Dell power brick to the office.

It was 42.99 in June amazon-ca-ravpower-gan-tech-90w-2-port- ... 0-2383744/

Edit: It's now in a lightning deal, and actually ~6$ cheaper than it was in the morning! I chatted with amazon and they agreed to refund the difference in stead of ordering a new one and returning the original one (which doesn't make sense to begin with). It was 50$ with 5$ coupon when the deal was posted.

I have one at home. Excellent speed in charging my iPad Pro. It bears the TUV certification (I verified from the TUV database as well) so it’s much safer than some no name adapter.

Sorry to ask, but has anyone bought this and have it go from 'fast charging' to cable charging within 10-15 seconds, and not go back?

It happened on my s9 plus and a s9. It didnt go back to fast charging. Both cables show as fast charging on a different fast charger.

Did I receive a dud? Or is there a workaround it? Just thought id ask here pls

New iPhones don't come with chargers anymore. You definitely want PD 18W+ delivery vs a small cube or iPad cube, gives you fast topups. Is also extra charger for USB-C Macbooks.

I should add if it's just for your iPhone that accepts PD, there's not much benefit more than 18W USB-C, and these sell for as low as $12 on Amazon, buy a reputable brand.

guessing for the people stuck at 60/61W it's because they need a USB C cable that supports 5A and with an e-marker

I've been using one of these to power my work Macbook Pro 15" at home and I've had zero issues with it, even when running builds. As for reputation RAVPower is quite reputable, I'd say they're as good as Anker without the premium price.

Do you know if RAVPower operates under a different name?

I am trying to find their USB C IF certification
