[Amazon.ca] Razer DeathAdder Essential Gaming Mouse $39.99

Razer DeathAdder Essential Gaming Mouse is on sale for both black and white colour for $39.99.

Lowest price for white version.
Lowest price for black version was $29.99 May 2020.
**general consensus seems that Elite version is better & also goes on sale for $39.99.
So I guess either get white to match your white keyboard or wait for Elite to go on sale

These are for medium to large hands (hand length 8 inch+).
Excellent entry level gaming wired mice. 6400 DPI is good enough for most people.
For non-gaming, go with cheaper or similar priced wireless mouse. You won't see any difference unless you're gaming.

No RGB though.
Black: green led only
White: white led only

Even Deathadder Elite is a much better deal when it came down to this price often. This for an essential is pretty bad.

+1 for deathadder Elite. Picked it up for $40 last year off Microsoft website thanks to RFD.

Call me a Razer fanboy, but the 2013 black widow keyboard and death adder mouse for big hands just feels great. I tried a G series mouse and it made my hand hurt, felt like cupping a walnut.

Generally recommend Logitech for mice, best warranty hands down. I do like the Razer form factor though so I can't fault anyone for getting, I just figure it'll have it's notorious double clicking issue in due time so you're almost guaranteed to go through the warranty process at some point.

As others have mentioned though, may as well get the Deathadder Elite at this pricepoint when it's on sale, unless you're in a rush or think pandemic woes may limit future deals for a bit.

The most annoying part about this mouse is that they don't have dpi buttons on the mouse. You will have to go to Razer synapse to change it every time...

Juste get the M711 RedDragon that's on sale for 20$ at canadacomputers, it's much better and less expensive. 10k dpi, 3 top buttons, rgb, similar style. I'm using one, it replaced my G403 after the scroll wheel died.

despite the name, this doesnt have the omron switch/buttons of the elite, and some reviews say the controls dont feel as good. The DPI sensor is lower but higher than anyone would use so nobody really cares about that part.
