[Amazon.ca] Razer Huntsman Mini/TE $125/$110, 29/25% Off

Daily deal on Razer products on Amazon. I have used the TE for a while now and it is excellent. TKL though is obviously not ideal if you work from home and need a numpad.

Huntsman Mini Linear $125 (Clicky is $130)

I won't get into the usual debate about razer quality itself - but I find rather odd those switches with external wires, chances of failure on this with dust, grime, hair, you name it... are rather high no?

Not buying Razer brand again, I have a Ripsaw capture card that is not working after the Meltdown vulnerability update and Razer never did anything to update their drivers or firmware.

I believe those are just stabilizers so it should be OK. No issues for me after a year and a half of use but I do clean my keyboard/mouse often.

Looks great, but I cant overlook my negative experiences with razer. Got a starwars blackwidow lite earlier this year and couldn't get rid of it fast enough, just too much BS. Proprietary bottom row, crappy software, and overall build quality not what youd expect ar the price.

IMHO If you're paying $130 for a razer 60%, might as well add 20 and get a Ducky One2 Mini RGB.

I bought the Kishi from Amazon and paid the extra $10 for extended warranty. I expect it will break.
