[Amazon.ca] Razer Nari Essential Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset $65

seems like a decent price for a wireless headset.

this is a stripped down version of the Nari Ultimate which is over $200

Bluetooth is highly compressed, low bandwidth and low range. These far exceed that...

Yep, but not having BT sort of excludes switch/mobile I think

I bought all the software based virtual surround headphone codecs and the THX Digital one by Razer is the least-updated one. Dolby Access adds support for new games but THX Digital has only been updated once.

Don't buy this for mobile. I have been using this headset with my PS4, works amazing and flip up the mic to mute is a GOD send.

Thanks OP. Been looking for a wireless headset that wasn’t Bluetooth (my work disabled BT on my laptop and Using a BT dongle has had mixed results).

First impressions so far, I think it’s solid, I’m not an audiophile or anything, sound is crisp and loud, mic seems good, was told I came through clear in a teams meeting. And despite its rather large size, it was quite comfortable for a few hours.

Great headset for what you pay. very comfortable albeit a bit bulky compared to others. Sound and microphone are very good.

Bt audio isn’t the best with latency, better to get a steelseries w/ USB-C receiver which is the most versatile. If my headset had BT would be only as a last resort for gaming.
