[Amazon.ca] Razer Viper Ultimate Mercury Edition Wireless Gaming Mouse - $138.28

Normally a Razer store exclusive ($199.99), this version is guaranteed to have their v2 opticals which are less mushy than the original.

Thanks op! Been using the black RVU from the other sale, but I still feel like the buttons were mushy. Maybe i'll hop on this one instead

How can we be sure it’s the new optical switches?

This is way smaller than the razer deathadder series. Of course lighter too

It has some great reviews. Apprently it's all good. Very expensive for a mouse, but if you use it everyday then it's not bad. I'm weary of Razor because my Deathadder got the double click issue after 2 years of use. I was quite pissed.

I asked about the double click issue in the last thread since I experienced that a lot with Razer mice in the past. I've been told it's no longer an issue in the mice that have the optical switches like this one.

The Mercury release coincides with the new switches.

For those who purchased the old creaky/mushy switches, the mouse has 2 year warranty and Razer will honour their warranty for creaky mouse buttons. I just recently got a new one from warranty and it's a lot better.
