Notes:

Been cheaper @ $1099
G line of Zephyrus (Tier list goes from G, M, S with S being highest)

One reviewer states you have to reach out to Amazon to make sure you get the 120Hz version Reviewer:

Now, on to some of the issues people have reported regarding the serial number. Make sure you are aware that there are two models of this laptop. GA502DU is the one here, which is a 60HZ monitor. Aa very good monitor, but of course not ideal for some high-fps gamers. Then there is the GA502GU model, which is the exact same except for the 120hz monitor. They did have an issue where the description was listed as the GU model and then shipped the DU model erroneously, but they are attempting to rectify this issue with consumers, myself included. In fact, they've been very accommodating with the process.

MS was way better for $50 more (when it was $1250).

8gb additional ram is about $50, i7 is about 20% performance over ryzen 7 so worth at least 50-100$ more, and this model only has 60hz display vs 120hz from the previous deal. Personally, I would not consider this a hot deal considering the MS intel one was for $1250.

Not for me. 8GB RAM? I had 16 GB 7 years ago. 4.85 pounds is not ultra portable either.

They are clear out the inventory for the new version. Wondering when the new HAD will be available in Canada.

You can add more ram.

It's not, not portable either. 5 lbs is not a lot.
