Can't speak for Amazon ones, but the Karbon ones from Costco heat the fingertips for sure. Just recently used them on a ski trip (average daily temperatures -5 to -25C); you rarely need to turn on the heated function. I only really had to turn it on for 10 minutes at a time to warm up my finger tips.

The second picture literally shows the glove heating the entire hand... even shows where the heating coils are. So....maybe look before you comment?

Hello!
I have Raynaud's disease. When cold, this stops blood circulation in my fingers and cause them to go white and numb. After this my only solution is to put them in hot water to get the feeling back.

Over the years, I have tried so many models of the top 10 lists of the worlds hottest mittens and my fingers still freeze eventually. I then decided to go electric.

From my research, the best would be in the motorcycle gear range, have them run at 18v instead of 12, but then you would need cables going to a battery pack. This didn't seem like a great option for me. Also this would cost (for good ones) over $700.

I have tried 4 different battery models in the 50-100 price range, all had issues... either would simply stop heating one side, half the element would stop after lifting a heavy bag, batteries not working after few charges, no heat in fingers, very limited heating time on high.

I then decided to up the price and bought the most expensive ones that Amazon was selling at the time, Savior Heat @ about average $170 (currently $25 coupon). I have been using these for my third year now and still working great. I have upgraded the battery with a bigger one I got from Aliexpress, this gives me about 2.5 hours on high. This will be my last year though because the padding is getting crushed inside so less heat to the fingers but will be buying the same model again for sure. I currently have the S01 model but will consider the S06 for next year.

I purchased a pair of these for myself and my dad after watching the project farm video a few days ago. We both have hands that freeze pretty quickly outdoors. My previous gloves were a pair of Colombia powder Keg II ($75 online at Columbia right now) which for me did not work well at all.

Can confirm they work great, almost instant heatup after being outdoors in my car overnight and heats my hands up pretty evenly and thoroughly.

Gloves themselves fit well (measure your hands or 1 size up from Canadian sizing) and feel well constructed.

At $50, this is ATL and considering the batteries alone run about $50 on Ali, these are a great value.

I'm using black leather gloves I had for like 20 years from my undergrad days lol...Any advice on this?
I see CostCo Karbons in this thread?
My gf has the karbon. The gloves themselves are good, quite insulated, the electronic is working great too. The only thing I don’t like is the bright light they make when they are turned on!
If it was my pair, I would put some tape on the button that emit light.

Hello fellow Frostie! I (literally) share your pain. Non-electric mitts are pointless for me as well.

I to have tried a variety of brands of electric gloves, including a pair of 501s that went returned.

I swear by the glove liners at Motion Heat. They are $, but a fantastic product, based out of Calgary.

The liners themselves I wear standalone down to about 5 below, but anything colder I used them as intended, and put gloves or mitts over. When combined with an outer layer, even a light one, there is no limit to the cold my fingers can take. It's truly been life changing for me.

I've also made an adapter so I can use my ridgid batteries to run them if desired.

Since I bought mine, they came out with the ski glove version. I bought them for convenience. They don't cut it for me, -5 is the absolute coldest they help me. I now use them for 'dirty' stuff where I don't want to get my good liners dirty or ripped.

I saw the same project fan video, and have been considering trying his pick because of how cheap they are. Always nice to have options.

After reading all the above comments , i feel relieved.
I thought i am the only one having issues with cold hands and none of the gloves I used didn't work.

This Amazon listing only has Large size to start with.
Did they run out of medium size?

I've had a pair of Outdoor research heated gloves for years. Yes, they're $$ but have a LIFETIME warranty....
People will believe what they want to believe whether fact or fiction.
'tis most frustrating when they aren't open to see and/or learn which is which.

Are you smoking crack?

The perimeter of the top of your hand, is not heating your whole hand. Go look at how much heating there is vs the palm.

You ain't getting ferrari performance from a $50 heated glove.

I also have Raynaud's and use heated gloves or I suffer. I even were them in stores.
Bought the Karbon ski mitts from Costco last year and love them. Battery only lasts an hour on high but they get nice and hot.
Karbon sent me an extra set of batteries but if the kids have hockey all day and how long they need to charge these look like a good back up.
Looks like the batteries from these have the same end as my Karbons. Fingers crossed 🤞.
Ordering a pair thanks OP.
