I think everyone by now is holding out for the BF deals coming soon.

Picked up 2 500g ssd earilier but still want more to have a system w/o mechanical hd's.

The time has finally come to bury mechanical drives (R.I.P). I still have a 4 gig WD drive from ages past, here hopping they will actually go up in value like an Apple. :)

Can't wait for the next greatest advance, quantum diamond/quartz memory.

Not bad, but the Crucial MX500 1TB was $118 during Prime Days. I bought one to finally get rid of the last HHD in my rig. (now I have 4.5TB of SSD storage lol)

There 3 different types, there the regular version, the plus, and the Pro. The regular one isn't worth it IMO

I think mech drives for desktop is over

But still needed for Nas and all the bloated data hoarding I do. Mainly to store backups and cold data for me
