[Amazon.ca] Samsung BAR Plus 256GB - 300MB/s USB 3.1 Flash Drive $39.99

Picked up the 64GB from the other thread but it looks like the price of the 256GB just dropped to $39.99 today. All time low (was at this price once previously). I just picked one up to complete my set of 3 (64GB, 128GB, and 256GB).

Not sure how long the sale lasts for, I just noticed the price drop notification in my email. ;)

The shape of this drive is so dumb, I'd avoid it just because of that. But great deal...

Transfer files between systems from two different physical locations? One possible backup method? I'd encrypt the drive with a p/w, just in case it's lost.

Totally agree. The Samsung or SanDisk Ultra Fit drives are way better form factors.

oh [email protected] just picked up the 64gb and copying files to it after installing ventoy. 30MB/s write is a bit annoying compared to 60MB for 128/256GB
