FYI all Samsung keyboards for retail sale in Canada have the Canada Multilingual Standard Layout. Throws me off too much I had to return my 360.

If I'm going to spend $1000 on a notebook, I need it to have 16G RAM. (Or better: have RAM sockets.)

To get a model with 16G RAM you need to jump to $1869.99.

Dang. Yeah that's a deal breaker for me. I had a laptop with that for 4 years and hated every moment of it. I'm surprised how something so seemingly insignificant can negatively impact my experience so much. I will be willing to pay more and/or buy from the US to get a proper keyboard.
